Solution
Rather than an unconditional "YES," we provide an accurate diagnosis—evaluating certification feasibility and overall project risk comprehensively.
Your dedicated consultant directly prepares key application materials such as reports and specifications based on expert know-how, and provides detailed guidance on documents your company must prepare—supporting you systematically throughout.
Your dedicated consultant handles test method preparation, testing facility suitability review, feasibility inquiries, and attends meetings with testing institutions in person.
We prepare presentation materials, scripts, and anticipated Q&A for the entire presentation review process, and conduct pre-visit rehearsal to ensure your best performance on review day.
About Certification
Disaster Safety New Technology (NET) is a national designation program for technologies developed for the first time in Korea or that innovatively improve existing disaster safety technologies.
The Korea Disaster Prevention Association’s Research & Technology Office operates the evaluation process, aiming to ensure priority adoption by national and local government buyers and foster the disaster industry. Designated technologies are rapidly deployed in the field to help minimize disaster-related damage.
Submit reviewed documents online through Safety Industry 24 (ksis.go.kr) to apply for certification.
Submit evaluation materials to the Korea Disaster Prevention Association’s Research & Technology Office for preliminary review; once revisions are complete, application and acceptance proceed.
Novelty and progressiveness (70 points) and excellence (30 points) are evaluated through in-person presentation.
Pass requires two-thirds or more of attending panelists to score 60 points or above.
Review the technology scope and applicability at the site where the applied technology is deployed.
The review is conducted based on the “Key Opinions and Verification Items for On-Site Investigation” provided after the 1st review, with results reflected in the 2nd review without a separate pass/fail determination.

How It Works
STEP 01
We assess company status, patented technology, and application track record, select test items, and confirm testing facility suitability.
STEP 02
We prepare documents reflecting evaluation criteria (new technology evaluation report), compile application materials, and apply for certification after review by the Korea Disaster Prevention Association.
STEP 03
We provide 1st review PPT materials, presentation scripts, and anticipated Q&A, plus pre-visit rehearsal and supporting materials.
STEP 04
We prepare on-site investigation PPT materials and guide your company on preparation items reflecting the “Key Opinions and Verification Items for On-Site Investigation.”
STEP 05
We provide 2nd review PPT materials, presentation scripts, and anticipated Q&A reflecting 1st review and on-site investigation results, plus pre-visit rehearsal and supporting materials.
STEP 06
After Disaster Safety New Technology (NET) certification is complete, we guide you through post-certification maintenance by category.
