What Is Venture Confirmation?
Venture Confirmation is a national program that identifies and supports technology-intensive SMEs with excellent technological innovation and business growth potential as venture companies.
Operated by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (MSS), it comprehensively evaluates the necessity · differentiation of technology, market conditions, and business growth potential through business plans. Companies that receive Venture Confirmation within three years of founding are granted powerful tax benefits, including up to a 50% reduction in corporate and income tax for up to five years.

Venture Confirmation Process
Business Plan Submission
Prepare a business plan demonstrating technology necessity · differentiation, market conditions, and business growth potential, and submit it with substantiating documents for application · reception.
On-Site Assessment
A professional evaluation agency assesses the industry and market and verifies on-site whether the content written in the business plan is factual.
Committee Deliberation
The Venture Confirmation Committee conducts final deliberation on the evaluation results from the professional agency to determine venture company confirmation.
