Solution
We propose workable systems fitted to your equipment and process flow—not paperwork alone.
We prioritize stable maintenance over a one-time pass, removing surveillance audit risks in advance.
Accurate diagnosis over automatic “YES” is the fastest way to save your time and cost.
We don’t just check boxes—we turn certification into a chance to strengthen internal processes.
About Certification
KC Certification (Hygiene & Safety) is a legally required scheme under Article 14(1) of the Waterworks Act for waterworks materials and products that contact water in water facilities (excluding intake, storage, and conveyance facilities).
Two auditors from Korea Water Technology Certification (KWTC) score each factory-audit item as high, middle, or low.
A total of 80 points or more out of 100 is a factory-audit pass. Knowing scoring criteria in advance directly improves pass rates.
After the factory pass, an accredited lab performs leaching tests per the official hygiene & safety test methods for waterworks materials and products. Final certification requires results that meet the criteria.
How It Works
STEP 01
We analyze your status against KC laws and audit criteria and identify gaps to close.
STEP 02
We establish internal standards, build the quality system, and train your responsible staff.
STEP 03
We recommend preliminary leaching tests and support process and equipment management optimization.
STEP 04
We run a mock audit to finally check factory-audit item alignment.
STEP 05
After KC is granted, we guide item-by-item maintenance and aftercare.
